After years of working in a corporate environment, I know firsthand how stressful it can be. Long, pressure-filled days can make you feel like you’re on a hamster wheel at times!
I was an Ivy League graduate earning a six-figure income, working as a strategic advisor to executives and board members. I even helped launch an international startup.
I worked incredibly hard and I’m proud of my accomplishments, but they came at a high cost (read: severe burnout, anxiety and depression )
In 2017, my stress heightened and I hit burnout. I was exhausted, miserable and desperate to find a solution to bring fun and energy back into my life. (You can read my full burnout story here.)
I started letting loose through movement -
and as I moved, my body craved more!
Powerful shifts happened within me. I was able to release my busy mind and be in the present moment.
I felt completely free – a feeling that I had almost completely forgotten! And I reconnected with my playful, feminine energy.
