I create the space and structure for you to lighten up, relax, get silly, practice play, find out what delights you most, and do more of that in your life!

Play is the best fuel for work. It may feel pointless upfront, but it’s practical after the fact. A playful brain is creative, open to possibility, and resilient. Play signals to your brain “Everything’s okay! You’re not under threat!” (A nice thought to reinforce to yourself amid a pandemic, don’t you think?) Crisis makes everything feel heavier and harder – and it’s more important than EVER that we respond to this challenge with levity. Hi! I’m Kaitlyn Lyons, an Executive Well-being Coach, Burnout Coach and Play Coach. I’m certified through Co-Active Training Institute (CTI), the gold-standard in coaching.
I’m an Ivy League grad and former project manager and corporate strategist for Nordstrom. I also worked for Harvard Business School as a writer/researcher/content creator and taught high school French. And I’m a hardworking, high achiever who stopped playing, overworked, and paid for it.
After I burned out in 2017, I desperately sought out a solution to get fun and energy back into my life – not as an every now and then thing, or a vacation, but as a daily habit and as a way of life. No course existed to help adults learn how to play again, so I created it. I’m on a mission to re-energize YOU through rest, movement and play.
