A 6-week experience to re-energize your whole life with fun, joy, and delight.
You don’t know where to start or why a simple thing feels so hard.
But you know you want to feel alive, effervescent, joyful and free from responsibility and outcomes.
You’re in the right place. I’ve got you. I did the research and work for you. I’m ready to take you through a tried and true process to get your true, joyful self back. Play is a skill anyone can learn/remember. All you have to do is show up and enjoy!
I help high-achieving, work-focused people explore what’s really fun for them and prioritize play so that their whole life feels more enjoyable.
Together, we’ll create the space and structure for you to lighten up, relax, get silly, practice play, find out what delights you most, and do more of that in your life! We let go of being productive 24/7 and explore having fun just for fun’s sake!
Play deprivation is a real issue. Without downtime to play, you are less effective in all areas of life.
Going too long without play leads to depression, burnout and other health issues. Like sleep, you want to get enough play regularly for optimal performance.
Play is the best fuel for work. It may feel pointless upfront, but it’s practical after the fact. A playful brain is creative, open to possibility, and resilient. Play signals to your brain “Everything’s okay! You’re not under threat!” Playing helps us recover and heal from crisis. There’s no better time to take care of yourself, give yourself a giant boost of positivity, and get tools to rebound from the gravity, exhaustion, and uncertainty of our current times.
After just 6 weeks, you’ll be LIT UP! You’ll know what’s fun for you. You’ll have a solid action plan for creating fun daily. And you’ll know how to have fun anytime, anywhere and make everything in your life more enjoyable. It’ll change your life forever – but don’t take it from me – check out the rave reviews in the “Client Love” below!
I get you completely. My life used to be consumed with work and responsibilities. I was burned out and went from 12-14 hour days of corporate madness to chore-filled weekends. I desperately wanted to have fun, but struggled to give myself permission (work first, then play!) … and once I did … was stumped on what to do.
Here’s the deal: fun feels hard because it’s the inverse skillset of adult life expectations: work for money, do household tasks, be a caregiver. Repeat.
Fun eludes you because you’re doing such a great job at “not fun.”
Fun is the yin to the yang of work. They’re different skillsets. And you need both to be a healthy human.
It takes conscious effort to reprogram fun in our brains as overworked adults, but I have a proven approach for you and you have everything you need within you to do it!
As Elle Woods says, “You have all the equipment. You just need to read the manual.” (Or in this case, join Fun For Life and learn to read your inner play guide!)
Fun for Life might be for you if…
You’re stressed out and overwork. You spend too much time working and thinking about work. You take things a tad too seriously. You don’t have much of a life outside your job. You’d love to get away from responsibilities and have time off that you look forward to that makes you feel fully alive.
You’re bored. You’re stuck in a rut and tired of going through the motions. Life doesn’t feel terrible, but it sure does feel blah. You just don’t know what’s fun for you. You want to feel excitement and newness.
You’re overwhelmed. Your to-do list is crushing, and you don’t know how you’re going to fit this class in (mmm hmm, I see you!). You want free time and fun, but it feels like a chore (oh, the irony, I know).
You’re weary. Burned out or on the verge. You want to feel energized again but don’t have motivation or energy right now to figure out a solution.
You’ve been through hardship or grief. Life has felt really heavy and sad. You need space to heal, recover, and remember what lightness and joy feel like.
Hi! I’m Kaitlyn Corse, an Executive Well-being Coach, Burnout Coach and Play Coach. I’m certified through Co-Active Training Institute (CTI), the gold-standard in coaching.
I’m an Ivy League grad and former project manager and strategic advisor for Nordstrom. And I’m a hardworking, high achiever who stopped playing, overworked, and paid for it.
After I burned out in 2017, I desperately sought a solution to get fun and energy back into my life – not as an every now and then thing, or a vacation – but as a daily habit and as a way of life. No course existed to help adults learn how to play again, so I created it.
I’ve had a personal play practice for 5 years and led dozens of people through the Fun For Life experience. I’m on a mission to help people go from stressed, serious and burned out…to lighthearted, joyful and thriving!
